The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even allowed us to leave our bags before check-in so we could explore the city. The location was perfect, as it was close to the cathedral and within walking distance of all the key attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with a rooftop bar and pool that offered spectacular views. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the complimentary water and Nespresso coffee machine.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff went above and beyond, surprising us with a bottle of bubbles and a birthday cake for our mother's birthday. The reception also welcomed us with complimentary cava. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food options. The bathroom and shower were really nice, and the comfortable bed exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location next to the cathedral and in the Gothic Quarter was perfect for exploring the city.
